PHOTOGRAPHER / MEDIA POLICY
Deliverables & Timeline
Hired Photographers agree to provide10–15 edited highlight images within 48 hours of the event for promotional, sponsor, and media use. A final edited gallery of no fewer than 50 edited images shall be delivered within14 days of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Media Access & Credentials
Official media credentials must be worn and visibly displayed at all times. Arena access is limited to media approved, credentialed, or contracted by the Boley Legacy Consortium and Another Rodeo Production. Media representatives, photographers, content creators, or individuals who are not officially approved or credentialed must purchase a general admission ticket to attend the event and will not receive arena or restricted area access.
EVENT CREDENTIALS MUST BE PICKED UP THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT AT HOST HOTEL. ORGANIZER WILL EMAIL ALL MEDIA TO SET UP TIME AND LOCATION.
Photography Guidelines
No flash photography. Do not obstruct entrances, exits, walkways, gates, or emergency access points. Do not interfere with contestants, performers, staff, spectators, or livestock. Do not enter the arena or restricted areas without authorization. Follow all posted signage and directions from event staff, security, and rodeo officials.
Social Media & Content Policy
Hired media agree to provide required deliverables to the Boley Legacy Consortium and Another Rodeo Production prior to or concurrent with public posting. Photographer may share event content for portfolio and promotional purposes; however, content involving injuries, medical incidents, minors, security matters, backstage/restricted areas, sponsors, or operational issues may not be posted without prior approval. No live streaming from restricted areas or inside the arena without approval. Official event tags, hashtags, and credit guidelines must be followed when provided.
Usage Rights
The Boley Legacy Consortium and Another Rodeo Production shall receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted images and approved content for marketing, advertising, social media, websites, press, sponsor recognition, archival, fundraising, and promotional purposes, with photographer credit when practical.
Release of Liability
Photographer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with rodeo and live event environments, including livestock, crowds, weather, equipment, and arena activities, and agrees to release and hold harmless the Boley Legacy Consortium, Another Rodeo Production, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, injury, loss, liability, or damages arising from participation.
